I can’t believe how hilarious “Mrs. Cooney is Loony!” was! This book had me laughing from start to finish. The characters were so wacky and the plot was simply outrageous. I couldn’t put it down! The best part was, it wasn’t just for kids. I’m a grown adult and I still found myself cracking up at the silly antics of Mrs. Cooney and her class.
